Chandelier Hookah Lounge

While on my non-native side of town in Las Vegas, Green Valley, my friend and I came across a hookah lounge called Chandelier. Chandelier is a restaurant and hookah lounge that serves Mediterranean fare and hookahs. In this year's Las Vegas Review Journal's Best of Las Vegas, Chandelier was rated as the best hookah lounge in town, here is the link to the article.

We were welcomed warmly into the restaurant by the owner. After greeting us, he led us to the hookah lounge located in the back of the restaurant. My friend and I were quite pleased with the hookah smoking area. Leather couches, golden cloths, and comfy pillows lined the hookah lounge. They even had a VIP area within the hookah lounge. The VIP area had a large LCD television and water filled couches(like a waterbed)! Here is a picture of where we sat:


So what about the hookahs!?! My friend and I wanted to try something out of the ordinary so the waiter suggested caramel vanilla banana, which sounded good to us. Their hookah menu consisted of almost every traditional hookah fruit flavor. Nothing extraordinary stuck out from the choices we were given though. After taking a couple puffs of our hookah, I was not that impressed with how the hookah smoked and tasted. The smoke was thin and the flavor was a bit bland, but this could have been because of the odd flavor combination we chose or poor preparation that can easily be remedied. If you don't smoke hookah much then these hookahs are fine, given the great environment. Even better is that their hookahs are 15 bucks each. Here is a picture of the hookah we smoked:


Since Chandelier is on the other side of town for me, I doubt I'll be frequenting the lounge much, but if you are looking for a decent hookah lounge with a classy and hip environment to go to near Green Valley, head on over.
