Red Hookah Lounge

Red Hookah Lounge is definitely the most stylish lounge I have been to in Las Vegas, because of its East Asian themed interior design. This hookah lounge has a dress code to match with its stylish environment, which is collared shirts and no shorts. Be sure to be dressed well before you come to Red. The lounge is divided into two sections, one being an open section with booths and pillows, and the other section being private booths that can be closed off with a curtain. At the time I visited Red, the private booths were still under construction so I am not able to testify on how they are, but I did sit in the open section of the lounge. The pillows and booths were a perfect match for smoking a hookah because of how comfortable they are. You really feel like a Sultan in an East Asian themed palace. Trance and psychedelic types of music are playing at a perfect volume in the background giving a very chill vibe to the lounge.

Now for the most important part of a hookah lounge, the hookahs. The hookahs themselves are also very stylish matching with the design of Red. They are normal sized with a red glass base and a golden stem. Their flavors are fairly unique with flavors such as rocky road ice cream to white russian. Chad ,the hookah master, at Red is just a genuinely good guy that will make you feel right at home. He accepts hookah flavor mixing challenges. Some of his oddest accomplishments are creating the flavors orange chicken and pepper steak... My only qualm with Red as far as hookahs is that sometimes they can smoke harsh or taste a bit coaly. But Red is always willing to make sure your hookah smokes to your liking. The prices of their hookahs range from 15-30 bucks. A bit pricey, but if you would like to go to an upscale hookah lounge in Las Vegas, this is the place. Along with your hookah you can order a drink. Red has a good selection of energy drinks that you have probably never heard of, but they are very tasty.

Red is "the spot" for an upscale hookah smoking experience in Las Vegas. It may be a bit pricey for the quality of hookah, but the environment is worth the price if you are willing to spend some extra money. Red Hookah Lounge is located on 3330 East Tropicana Avenue in Las Vegas. It is located in a shopping center off of Tropicana Avenue and is somewhat hidden from view if driving on the street. Just pull into the shopping center in order to find it.
